Diminution of Vehicle Value
If a vehicle is under two years old and has suffered structural damage as a result of a road traffic accident that is not the fault of the client, it may be possible to claim diminution of value of the vehicle, in other words compensation for the loss of value of the vehicle as a direct result of having structural body repairs carried out.
